METROFOOD-IT participates in the 14th Edition of the Catania Research Fair

METROFOOD-IT will take part in the fourteenth edition of the Catania Research Fair, scheduled from October 25th to October 27th, 2023. This event is designed to facilitate interaction between the world of university research (groups, departments, spin-offs), startups, companies, incubators, and both public and private investors through an original interaction format, capable of concretely favouring technology transfer and economic support for innovation.

Starting from this edition, the Forum (organized at the Monastery of the Benedictines in Catania) includes the "PNRR Expo" initiative, a showcase dedicated to projects funded by the National Recovery and Resilience Plan. It aspires to become a national platform where all projects can introduce themselves to businesses with a view to forming new collaborations.

METROFOOD-IT, as a project financed by the PNRR with the goal of strengthening Italian scientific excellence in support of agri-food systems, will participate in the Catania Research Fair with the aim of engaging with companies and other stakeholders interested in investing and collaborating with the world of research.

Specifically, on October 26th, the METROFOOD-IT team will be available at the Research Fair for one-on-one networking meetings, during which they will provide detailed information about the project's characteristics and opportunities.

A further discussion on the METROFOOD-IT project is scheduled for November 9th at 11:00 AM, with a dedicated workshop as part of EXPO PNRR LIVE, which will be hosted on the online platform of the Research Fair.
